In March 2018, Nordegren decided to sell her North Palm Beach, Florida mansion and put it on the market. A spokesman spoke to The Wall Street Journal about it and reported that she did this because she simply wanted to downsize her home, and understandably so. The custom-built estate may be beautiful and breathtaking, but it is also over 10 times the size of the average new-construction house. It comes 11 bedrooms, 15 full bathrooms, and three half bathrooms. The home is on more than one acre of beachfront, which is just the main house. The sprawling estate also has a separate cabana house, complete with a bar and summer kitchen, and a separate guesthouse that’s split into two apartments.
