In the 1978 Larry King was forced to declare bankruptcy as a result of his reputation being destroyed by an accusation of a business partner for fraud. He could not find work as a broadcaster then. Even when he had his own talk show eventually, money kept slipping from his grasp, considering how many times he’s been married and divorced, alimony costs a lot. Luckily he has recovered and is doing much better. Currently his net worth is about $50 million, despite his expensive medical bills because of his heart. He should definitely be much richer if not for the setbacks in his life. Well, some celebrities may not be as rich as we think they should be, but nonetheless, they still are rich.
