Another “bad boy” in the sports world. Former boxing heavyweight champion of the world Mike Tyson was once worth at least $400 million. How can anyone lose that much money? Well, aside from lavish parties often, he spent a lot on jewelry, and even squandered money for Siberian tigers. Mike was convicted of rape and spent 3 years in prison. He tried to make a comeback, but this came to a screeching halt after the ear biting incident in the Holyfield fight in 1997. The cost of the lawsuits, divorce, and excessive spending, practically erased his treasure chest. He declared bankruptcy a few years later. We hope this was just a knockdown and not a knockout.
