Vikander is a swedish born actress who landed the coveted role of Lara Croft in Tomb Raider reboot in 2018. While the actress did several films since 2006, her rise to fame stemmed from her role in 2014’s Ex Machina. She played a humanoid robot in the film, and was nominated for the BAFTA Award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role. 2015 saw her win an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for The Danish Girl. She also landed a juicy role in The Man From U.N.C.L.E. in the same year, before being awarded the lead role in Tomb Raider reboot, taking over the character popularized by Angelina Jolie. However, her net worth of $4 million is small change to the personal fortune of Jolie worth $160 million. She continues to do film and TV projects, and hopefully her net worth will increase.
