It is not what you think. We have already established the fact that Trump does not drink alcohol. This has nothing to do with health issues. The issue here was that in 2012, Trump banned Glenfiddich whisky from his resort establishments. This was because it sponsored the Top Scot award which was given to his arch nemesis and neighbor Michael Forbes, who refused to vacate his property to make way for Trump’s golf course. The liquor company said it has no hand in the voting process and has been a sponsor for over 15 years. Seems Trump nevertheless took it personally. It didn’t seem to bother the whisky company though.
