A germaphobe is someone obsessed with cleanliness and fears germs and infections. They are very careful about coming into contact with anything that could be dirty or filthy. Donald Trump does not like to shake hands, which makes his being President a daunting task for him. But he has managed. Imagine the diplomatic problems if the President refused to shake hands with other presidents and foreign dignitaries. Most germaphobes use tons of hand sanitizers, and never leave home without it. Well he can surely afford tons of the product. At least Mr. Trump does not sanitize in public after shaking hands with another. That would really be insulting to the person.
