Some of these object-detecting softwares are ridiculous, particularly if you can’t switch them off. It can be so irritating. There should always be an option to switch it off. While it is good that a detection warning is given if you happen to be too near an object, like a pedestrian, animal, or other vehicle, some are just over-sensitive. Try driving into a narrow garage, you will get constant beeps enough to drive you batty. It could even cause you to make miscalculations and end up bumping an object. Useless really.
