Marta Menegatti is a two-time Olympian, having represented Italy in beach volleyball in the 2012 and 2016 Olympics. She has won several medals on the FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour, and was the 2011 European champion and 2013 Mediterranean Games champion with former partner Greta Cicolari. The 5’11” left side defender is now playing again with Viktoria Orsi Toth, who wasn’t allowed to play in the 2016 Olympics and served a two-year suspension.
