Accents are adorable, for the most part at least. But if you don’t speak with an accent yourself, don’t fake one either, especially if it’s a Canadian accent your attempting to copy. Canadians feel incredibly insulted when people attempt to exaggerate the way they speak, and most of the time, they never get it right anyway. You might think that you sound cute while doing it, but in all honesty, you just look like a douche. How would you like it if someone came to your country and started making fun of the way you talk?
