LA may sit at an average of 70 degrees Fahrenheit for the most part, and hardly goes down past the higher 30s during the colder months, locals tend to feel cold in weather that people from other parts of the world feel is just right, if not actually warm. Never make fun of anyone local who walks out in a sweater and boots in weather that you would wear shorts and a tank top.
