LA is probably one of the most traffic-riddled cities in America, but people still love to drive their own cars around. Never ride public transportation since it can take you even longer to use the bus than take a car anyway, since it is sure to make quite a number of stops. Rather, use Uber or Lyft if you have to, especially since these modes of transportation are still cheaper than hailing down a cab as well.
