Actually, you don’t really have to disinfect your toothbrush, provided you are the only one using it (while it is good to share, toothbrushes are an exception). Still, some of us may cringe at the thought of having germs infect our toothbrushes. If you are one of these people, you don’t have to buy commercial cleaning products for toothbrushes. All you need is baking soda. Combine some with water and a little vinegar in a glass. Leave your toothbrush to soak for about 20 minutes, then rinse with running water. You now have a toothbrush probably cleaner than a brand new one.
