For the past ten years, women from all around the country have been participating in a contest based on a bridal shower game: making a toilet paper wedding dress. The creations that the entrants have come up with are a far cry from the usual toilet rosettes and mummy rolls that feature heavily in the shower game. Contestants were tasked with making custom wedding gowns using only a specific brand of toilet paper, tape, glue, a needle, and thread. Contestant Mimoza Haska won first place for her unique crocheted toilet paper gown, winning $10,000.
