John Draper Witherspoon is definitely not as sweet as his sibling. He was arrested in Nashville on charges of aggravated burglary and sexual battery. The victim who filed the complaint said that he walked into her home while she was taking a nap on her couch. According to her, there definitely was inappropriate touching that followed. To top all that, he was also arrested for reckless driving.
