Ever work in customer service? If so, you’ll know the pain in the ass some customers can actually be because we’ve all grown up with the thought that the “customer is always right.” Not true, people. That’s not so much a law though as it is just a cordial rule of thumb. However, people will always find something to complain about, so if you are in business or customer service…the following won’t be too whacky of a complaint…although it is rather ridiculous.
The complainer kicked off his Facebook post with “Morrisons Killingworth! You listen to me, you listen good and you listen hard. Do you hear?” as he went on to state that the loaf of bread he bought from Morrisons, the grocery store chain, was cut a little too unevenly for his taste.
David Walker (the unhappy bread consumer) clearly didn’t think the flaw in his loaf of bread was important enough to take back to the store. Instead, like everyone else in this world, decided to simply complain about it on Facebook.
The grocery store however did in fact notice David’s post and replied accordingly…and hilariously.
Morrison’s couldn’t help but tease the customer a little bit because of they’re so painfully stupid complaint with the comment “The wonky loaf won’t be any good for your sandwiches but would make a very attractive organic doorstop!”
