It is the prescribed time deemed to be healthy, but few rarely achieve this. We know that people who have a hard time sleeping are beset by different problems, like stress, worry, anger, anxiety, nervousness, and so on.It keeps them tossing and turning, and results in lack of sleep. But did you know that lack of sleep can contribute to major health problems? It can affect our systems and have adverse effects. People who lack sleep should take this seriously.
Go over the different health issues that may come about due to lack of sleep:

Daytime Fatigue

Let’s go to the more obvious first. Definitely lack of sleep will cause daytime fatigue and sleepiness, it seems like a normal effect. While it may not really seem like a health issue, it may have potentially dangerous consequences, particularly in certain work environments. Research has shown that tragedies like the Chernobyl nuclear disaster and the Exxon-Valdez oil spill have been attributed to workers with excessive daytime sleepiness. But you don’t have to use a major disaster to realize this. Driving a vehicle, working in construction (particularly on a skyscraper), a machinist, or even a butcher shop can be potentially dangerous for fatigued and sleepy individuals.
