Apparently, the secret to Cane’s Sauce came from a disgruntled former employee who was reportedly fired. This happened on September 16, 2015. The news spread out, and surprise and confusion came with it. The employee also said that the secret recipe was known only to Restaurant General Managers. So how did the employee get the recipe?
