Kyrie Irving – $755,000

HDnux

After being traded to the Boston Celtics, Kyrie Irving was forced to let go of his Ohio home and place it on the market. It was set to sell at $1.70 million but with no takers, the price was dropped to $1.17 million. In the end, there was an agreement to a much lower price, $755,000. The house is equipped with a two-story living room, formal dining room, recreation room, movie theater, and recording studio. Irving also attached a basketball hoop in the living room for some extra shooting practice. Irving currently plays for the Brooklyn Nets alongside Kevin Durant so it will be interesting to see his new pad in the east coast.
