Earning extra money from being traded to the Clippers, Chris Paul bought Avril Lavigne’s Bel Air mansion for a whopping $8.5 million. It’s over 12,000-square-feet, 8 bedrooms and 8.5 baths. It’s also rocking a pool, hot tub, wine cellar, tennis court, gym, spa, study, home theater, outdoor patio, and an outdoor kitchen/bar. With a mansion like that, it’s hard not to believe that both he and Avril took advantage of all the special perks of the house and had some of the best parties in it. Because of the current pandemic, Chris will most likely be using the amenities that will help him and his family relax and stay in shape.
