Former NBA point guard Deron Williams initially bought the Manhattan penthouse on North Moore Street in 2012, for $15.8 million. The 7,200-square-foot condo was originally 2 units. Merging them together, 6 bedrooms were made. There’s a skylit great room,custom floating staircase, and 3,00-square-feet of outdoor space. Williams spent a lot of his time in this condo when he played for the Brooklyn Nets from 2011 to 2015. Because he has been spending less time in New York, Williams started to lease the condo for as high as $60,000-a-month. Grammy-winner Adele, had the pleasure of staying there as well during her Madison Square Garden stint in 2016.
