He shows no signs of downsizing after his retirement and is enjoying his time practicing his free throws and lounge around the backyard pool. The mansion is 11,394-square-feet with a pretty price tag of $8.25 million. It has 4 bedrooms, 5 living areas, 9 bathrooms, a commercial-size kitchen, an indoor lap pool, and an elevator. If Dirk gets tired of staying indoors, he can enjoy his swimming pool out back and tennis court. It’s a nice way for the Mavericks star to kick back and relax after playing 21 seasons in the NBA.
