According to their lawyer, Mr. Burkwit, he shared that ‘their actions transcend the bounds of human decency and constitute shocking and outrageous conduct.’ He continues, “They pronounced him and left him for dead in the ER. Meanwhile, the family is watching their loved one as he’s abandoned, basically watching him die.”
