Before Kristian Alfonso dazzled us all on television, she started her career as a professional-level figure skater, who won a gold medal at the Junior Olympic Figure Skating Championship. Unfortunately, at only the age of 13, her career path ended tragically with an injury while tobogganing. It’s safe to say that it did, however, work in her favor. At the age of 15, she could confidently say that she was on the cover of more than 30 magazines. Nothing could have prepared her for her role as Hope Williams in the popular TV series, Days of Our Lives. It skyrocketed her stardom and has been one of the longest-running stars alongside Deidre Halls. After closing her chapter on Days of Our Lives, she guested on other soaps but ultimately stepped back and retired from the limelight.
