Everybody at one point or another, worries about something. It is part of our nature, but overdoing the worrying is damaging. It has to be controlled and limited, as worrying is stressful and ultimately harmful. Life is full of ups and downs, even if you feel your life has more downs, worrying about it will make your life worse. Some things we worry about are useless, trivial, and easily resolved. Some things will not be resolved easily, especially if you constantly worry about it. Sometimes, the situation looks worse than it actually is. Proof of this is some dilemmas in the past that worried us then, when we look back at it, it makes us smile and realize we worried over nothing.
