Taiwanese food is some of the best on the planet, but never think that it is the usual Chinese food you’re used to like what you find in Panda Express and the like. While they happen to be the creators of the milk tea craze, the super yummy xiao long bao, and well, the incredibly stinky tofu, they have many other dishes that are truly Taiwan-created, which are unique and exclusive to them, and won’t be found in mainland China. Not to mention, they are incredibly delicious too.
