You must be wondering why most of the non-animated movies on this list are all horror flicks, but apparently, slasher films are all the rage. Another oldie but goodie is Texas Chainsaw Massacre, which actually can be categorized under psychological thriller as well since it was based on a true story. Of course the fact that it is only loosely based on real events doesn’t make it any less creepy. If you have an old VHS copy and are willing to let it go, you just might get around $450 for it too.
