Strange-looking Pink Icing

The person who made this wedding cake had good intentions in mind—it is white, with three layers that look pretty sturdy. It has detailed icing work on it, and it has flowers and other decorative items on it. So far, so good. It may not be the best-looking wedding cake you have ever seen, but it is a decent cake. However, one feature completely destroys the baker’s other efforts—the strange-looking pink icing. Firstly, it has been applied quite generously, making it look like pale pink hot dogs or sausages on the sides of the cake. Perhaps the pink icing was meant to look like fabric? We are not sure.
