Split In The Middle

What a disaster! This wedding cake has split right down the middle, making for a pretty sad sight. The elegant-looking cake was decorated quite tastefully, with three layers of sponge cake encased in cream icing and decorated with white, pink and yellow sugar pearls as well as strings of cream sugar pearls on each layer. The cake toppers are lovely and detailed as well! So what happened to this lovely cake? It looks like it was dropped or perhaps it was not transported properly! Either way, we hope that the split right down the middle of the wedding cake is not a reflection of the couple’s marriage!

Getting married is a once-in-a-lifetime event (for some people!) and is one of the most special days of a person’s life. While the wedding cake does play a big part in that fateful day, it is just a a cake after all! Ruined and disastrous cakes aside, it’s all about the love on that special day when you say “I do”.
