Some people love to bring their pets around, wherever they go. Walmart included definitely. This person just happens to have a goat for a pet and makes sure the goat follows him around. But tying the goat’s neck to the electric cart seems to be cruel. There must be some violation here…animal abuse? Surely the guy doesn’t want to lose his pet, but there should be a more humane way. Or leave the goat at home. But whatever you do, don’t get his goat.
