This photo is shocking, and bewildering. It could be interpreted in a few ways though. It seems that one explanation is that this lazy guy lets his partner wheel him around, while he gorges lazily in the cart. Certainly not a gentleman, and rude to his partner. Why she puts up with this is puzzling. Another reason for this bizarre scene could be that this guy lacks attention, and is desperate for it. Another explanation might be that this man is a special person, and his sister(?) is just caring for him as best as she could by making him comfortable. Whatever the reason is, it surely is a mystifying scene.
