This Walmart store in Texas does not seem to mind whether the heads sell or not. Maybe it’s a marketing gimmick? As long as people enjoy going to Walmart, it works for the store. Well, that is nice of them. People can just go in and take pictures,and walk out without purchasing anything. No wonder it’s a favorite among shoppers.
