Sometimes parents can be shocking. Let’s say this kid normally misbehaves at the supermarket, and strapping them to the rear of the electric cart is a way to shop in peace. Let’s also say the kid is not complaining, he probably is getting a kick out of it. It still does not make it right. What if the kid is run over by another electric cart? The other customer may not see the kid…really, how many people expect to see kids being towed by their parents in an electric cart? And imagine all the dirt picked up, even if the kid is wrapped in a jacket or some cloth material. Maybe some parents just don’t give a damn.
