Fingertip Test

According to the school head, the school had a “fingertip test” that they used with the students. This test was done by allowing the arms to lay flat on the sides of the body to see whether their shorts or skirt, depending on what they were wearing, fell below their extended fingertips. But while Tony asked his middle school aged daughter to do that with her shorts and indeed they were a bit shorter, he still didn’t see the problem. In his opinion, there was nothing indecent that could be seen.
