When it comes to celebrity careers, everyone has to start somewhere. For Robert De Niro, he already had quite a few acting jobs under his belt, but none were as epic as his role of New York cab driver ‘Travis Bickle’ in the movie, “Taxi Driver.” Fun fact, De Niro actually took on a real job of driving taxis in the city, just to get a true feel for the character. This photo of his driver’s license as a Manhattan cabbie only goes to show how serious he is about his roles on the big screen. And given his illustrious career, that really shouldn’t come as a surprise.
