The World Health Organization or WHO describes a pandemic as “the worldwide spread of a new disease.” Because of this, people must constantly wash their hands, be mindful of what they touch, and be aware of their surroundings at all times. Having soap and hand sanitizer, and lots of it, is key to making sure that you and the rest of your family or friends do not get infected either. Since soap, alcohol and sanitizers don’t expire quickly, it’s okay to keep them for months and even years. Just make sure not to hoard too much and just keep enough to last for a few weeks, a couple of months, or possibly even a year at most.
