Their journey as a couple has taken them to a rescue shelter to fulfill their heart’s desire: to be able to find the right companion as future parents. It was a sunny and beautiful day when Dan and Megan arrived at the shelter. It was not only them who were giddy, as members of the Detroit Dog Rescue team shared the same excitement to meet Mr. Wiggleton’s prospective new parents. The center was overjoyed as their last remaining resident would now have a new lease on life, beating the deadline before he is put the rest. At last, he has a fighting chance to live longer in the arms of humane parents. Nothing is more beautiful than a new lease on life.
