Uncertain of was has just transpired, Mr. Wiggles was confused and never felt more vulnerable. His fate now lies in the hands of people he was not familiar with. To him, he was on unchartered grounds and his life are in the hands of strangers. Being homeless for some time before getting withered, the wandering mutt was seemingly more desperate than ever. He wondered whether he will be able to find a place that he could call home. He was living day-by-day and getting caught by the authorities was the last thing on his innocent mind. With a stroke of luck, the city authorities already had their hands full, unable to take him in with them to the city pound. It has at it full capacity and they are not able to accommodate another canine in their facility.
