At first sight, Mr. Wiggleton is seemingly odd-looking for a dog of his kind. One can’t really determine what breed he is. Because of this, while the other dogs were being adopted quickly at the shelter, Mr. Wiggleton was constantly skipped. The rescuers found it sad that people were passing up on the chance of taking home their most-loveable guest, all because he looked a little quirky.
