Considering she’s one of the youngest billionaires, it’s more surprising that Kylie Jenner’s house only costs $3.3 million. But her gorgeous Calabasas residence was actually worth $600,000 more not too long before that. She put it up on the market at $3.9 million, but lowered the price when she failed to gets offers. The “Tuscan styled with a modern twist” home, as Jenner described it, is 4,851-square feet of pure beauty with tons of closet space for shoes and purses. But given that she bought two other houses in Hidden Hills worth $4.5 and $12 million respectively, she no longer has use for this one. Must be nice to be Kylie.
