Drake – $7.7 million, Hidden Hills

Canadian rapper and performer Drake is one of biggest names in the music industry. Aside from topping the charts with his music hits, it seems that his luck has flown into his house buying as well. Drake managed to buy a house worth $27 million for $7.7 million instead. The house has a wet bar, waterfalls, a swim-in grotto, a tennis and a basketball court, and even a 25-seat movie theater. And when Drake decided to put it back on the market, he put it up for $20 million, which will still give him a hefty profit if somebody buys it.
