Like many other celebrities, Meg Ryan has been in the business of buying and selling homes, but mostly within Manhattan, New York. Like a number of other apartments within the city, Ryan bought this gorgeous SoHo loft at $8 million, renovated it and has recently sold the place for a whopping $10.9 million. The dark flooring, exposed brick and floor-to-ceiling French doors gives it an elegant yet hip vibe. Rumor has it that’s she’s moved to the trendier Tribeca neighborhood but given her history, she’ll probably renovate the place and sell it like she has all the other homes she’s bought in the past. Thankfully, she always leaves them more beautiful than when she found them.
