Joaquin Phoenix has been a gamechanger when it comes to cinema and his incredible acting skills, but despite what a powerhouse he is, he’s not the most showy of actors. He did buy an adjacent property to his already existing Los Angeles home for $1.39 million. He bought his original 3,753-square foot property back in 2006 for $4.8 million, and it seems that with this new addition, he’s got a bit over $6 million for both. But this isn’t the only property The Joker actor owns. Apparently he has a penchant for buying homes, having shared in an investment property with one of his sisters as well.
