For most of the internet, it might be easy for her blinding good looks to overshadow the sheer skill, determination and hard work that Alica commits to her sport. It can be challenging enough for a woman to be taken seriously in their chosen profession as it stands, and perhaps being nominated as any sort of “Hottest in the World” could prove a distraction from representation that one might actually want. But time and again she has shown that she is prepared to prove herself as more than what meets the eye. Talented and versatile, Alica’s athletic ability shines in her ability to compete in almost anything. Her specialty lies in three outdoor surface events: the 200-meter, 400-meter, and 800-meter events. For indoor track, she’s had a good record in the 80-meter and 100-meter sprints as well. It’s obvious to anyone that her love for running the 4×400 relay, representing her home country Germany, is genuine. So genuine in fact that Puma had to do something about it.
