There have been a bunch of scary bridges mentioned so far but possibly none are as precarious as this one. The Vitim River Bridge in Siberia is basically covered in ice all throughout the year and has rotting planks to boot. Only 6-feet wide as well, most of the drivers that pass over it need to make sure that they know exactly what they’re doing lest they fall into the frigid water of the river that sits below it. And to top it all off, drivers are also warned to keep their windows open so that the wind doesn’t accidentally knock the car off its path. Frightening, we know.
