Hussaini Hanging Bridge, Pakistan

The Hussaini Hanging Bridge has two titles. It’s been named the oldest bridge in Pakistan as well as the scariest one. From the picture alone, it’s easy to see why. The bridge is used by the locals that travel from Hunza carrying loads of things on their backs. And as if that wasn’t impressive enough, even young children pass through the bridge twice a day in order to get to school and back home again, all because the other way is a 2-hour trek just to get an education. Talk about determination, grit and a whole lot of balance, courage and bravery from anyone that dares cross it.
