It is known to be the hottest capital city on the average, though it does have a rainy season because of the South Asian monsoon from mid-May to September. Bangkok is one of the top tourist destinations in the world. It is known for its ornate temples and Royal palaces, delicious cuisine, and dynamic nightlife. Unfortunately, it has also earned the nickname “ Sin City of Asia”, for its level of sex tourism, which is not openly acknowledged by locals and their government.
