If we were Hello Kitty, we’d be astonishingly uncomfortable being tattooed on this freak’s forehead. What look is he trying to go for anyway? Is he goth or is he getting his Japanese fix of adorable mascots? We really can’t tell! All we know is that all the strange tattoos that he has from his face down to his next are all incredibly disjointed that no one will ever take him seriously again. We just hope that his eyes are actually eyeliner rather than permanent ink, but we wouldn’t be surprised if that’s real ink, too.
