From this list alone, we can all agree that tons of people do stupid things right? But it would seem that there are those that are plain dumb and those that just choose to give up all together. While the latest tattoo on this guy’s leg reads, “99% PIZZA, 17% ANGEL, F*$^ MATH,” which makes zero sense, he also has a horrible tattoo near his knee that would be indistinguishable if it didn’t say cats above it. One can just hope that this guy stops trying to brand himself for no reason whatsoever, or else his entire body is going to be covered in a bunch of tattoos that make no sense.
