Another movie that is still making waves today is the 1978 production of “Grease.” Olivia Newton John plays Sandy, the sweet exchange student who meets John Travolta’s character, Danny, during summer vacation. While Danny pretends to be a preppy goody two-shoes when they first meet, Sandy finds out on her first day of school that he’s anything but good. While the movie pushes back and forth with the good girl – bad boy theme, Sandy eventually dons a full black outfit with an off then shoulder top and skintight leather pants to play up to Danny’s bad boy role, and it’s a scene that makes anyone who happens to be watching it for the first time gawk in disbelief. And just like Danny, it gives us chills that are multiplying!
