4. Make A Honey Trap

Just as the name suggests, you’re going to need some honey for this trap. First cut up some bright colored paper in colors that will stand out the most like yellow, red and green. Then take any type of sticky honey and spread it all over the papers, leaving them in areas where the gnats normally gather. The gnats can’t help but curb their curiosity for the sweet honey smell and fly directly into it, getting stuck and never being able to get out again. Not only is it effective, but it’s also considered one of the more inexpensive ways too.
